Roy Oberg

Roy was born in the Swedish neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. After moving to Dallas in 1977, he attended North Texas State University (currently University of North Texas) where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. In 1984, he began recruiting and came to enjoy working with the the Corrugated Industry, specifically. Twelve years later, Roy opened Oberg and Associates with the goal of becoming the dominant recruiting resource in the North American Corrugated Industry. Roy is the proud father of Haley, Avery and Wyatt, who was just promoted to Vice President of Business Development.
 
 
 

Jenna Duval

Jenna was born and raised in Katy, Texas, a suburb of Houston, and attended Cinco Ranch High School. After graduation, she temporarily left the state of Texas to earn a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. After moving back to Houston and working in the oil and gas industry, Jenna decided to make a career change and moved to Dallas to join the Oberg and Associates team. Jenna enjoys the Dallas culture and thinks she has really found her niche as the “brains of the operation” at Oberg and Associates. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, running and people watching.
 
 

 Lauren Godsey
Search Consultant

Lauren grew up just outside of Houston in Katy, TX. Upon graduating from Cinco Ranch High School, she decided to further her education at The University of Texas in Austin where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communication. Pursuing her passion for helping others, Lauren moved to Dallas where she began her career as a Search Consultant for Oberg & Associates. Lauren finds great joy in the art of “match-making” for the Corrugated Industry. In her spare time, she loves to cook, read and plan for her upcoming wedding .
